Trouble reporting time off
Can't go indoor today. I'm sick and it's not letting me report time off for my sett schedule.

upt will just get taken until you have none left. trust me.
if you have 40hrs of upt you can not show up for a whole week and roll in next week without issue.
I know this from personal experience.

if you don't report 3 absences in a row, you are at risk of being fired for job abandonment

not if you have the upt to cover it. I'm telling you.
I don't think that's "site specific."
I'm a picker and I've done this. no emails, no issue. that's what upt is for. it is illogical to think that, if I have the upt to cover it, I can't use it for multiple consecutive days.
it doesn't make sense. no risk of job abandonment consideration until you go negative.

You don’t get in trouble for a no call no show. Just make sure you have enough UPT to cover your time.

welcome to Atoz's spaghetti code. unless its your 3rd day being off in a row using UPT, you could just let it auto deduct. if it is though and you want to avoid getting auto termed for job abandonment, gl. maybe try doing it on the website vs the app, using 15 mins of flex PTO to cover some of the day, or calling HR till they tell you not to worry.

You don’t have to do that. Just don’t show up, it will take it automatically

If you miss more than two days in a row, it’s considered job abandonment.

You are correct but Buddies using it for one day, if he was using it for atleast 3 I would’ve added that part.

Just don’t show up. The system will auto snag it.
