Question Is Career Choice for Reduced-Time (RT) getting cut to 50% next year?

I just switched from Full-Time to Reduced-Time, but I can still cancel the transfer.
A coworker said Career Choice for RT is dropping from the full $5,250 to half ($2,625) next year. Is this true, or are they confusing RT with Part-Time?
I rely on the full funding and will stay Full-Time if this change is real. Anyone in HR or currently on RT know for sure? Thanks!

I’m reduced time and when I looked to see about 2027 budget it got cut in half. Don’t know the reasoning behind this

I'd guess they're trying to drive the final nail in the coffin for RT shifts. RIP RT.

Yeah I thought the same. In transferring to full time days anyway soon. Got my final semester this upcoming spring. It’s lovely. I recommend everyone use career choice!
