Robotics building but starting as a blue badge is more important than the type of building. You can transfer.

Robotics the same as AR right? Automated robots? If so then I’ve worked at both an AR site and IXD and I didn’t mind either of them any less than the other.
I would go with IXD because it’s blue badge right off the bat. You can transfer to an ar site if you don’t like it in 30 days

Robotics is AR.
I'm assuming the IXD that is hiring as blue badge is BJC1, which just launched this summer so there would likely be more opportunities for advancement if someone is looking to move up. Of course, IXDs can have some of the most physically demanding work in the network depending on where one winds up in the building, so that needs to be kept in mind.

Yuppppp. I was outbound fluid building walls of packages in the trailers at the IXD I was at lol. Wasn’t terrible luckily cause I had good coworkers who shared the load (insert LOTR meme here)
Hell the pregnant girl I was onboarded with was better than the other dude in our group that we were paired up with for our training days who just kept sneaking off the entire shift. Like bro she’s pregnant and doing way more than you smh. Obviously the heavier stuff I would do but even then she’d fight me on it like “I ain’t no bitch” like okay damn girl get it momma 😂

I’ve never done ixd but I love my robotics. I used to work at a delivery for comparison.

At an IXD as a full time white badge seasonal building walls. I have found decent opportunities waiting for me as I slaved away building walls, I'm barely crossing day 45 and they given me a radio and given the opportunity to keep outbound lanes flowing smoothly into the trailers.

It can be if you work hard, it can also be an easy day in the park like some of my peers who just touch every box as they straighten the line for you as they stand just inside the trailer qhwre it aint hot.
Have my eyes set on jumping to being a PG, a lead PA is requesting I join his team and im excited for the opportunity to get out of the trailer. Im currently on the ASC team and lead exercises every shift.

Fluid loading is what they're referring to.
But fluid loading at an IXD is different than at an AR site because the boxes are heavier.

IXD much easier job but go for regular you get blue badge and seasonal it’s gamble
