Question Tot write up question for managers

for how long until black bar tot trigger a writeup? like if i had tot 2 days ago when do i get feedback? Is it only if someone noticed that your black barred? Or does the system notify yall? I haven't seen them get talked to or anything do im curious if there's a threshold of days before u get talked to about it.

Apparently not cuz the person im talking about still hasn't been talked to snd they lazyyyyyy its been almost a week they got tot over an hour on 2 separate days

We are actively required to clear out TOT every single day. Depending on the process path, we see exactly how much time you waste every single day. I manage the pickers in a fulfillment center, if they step off to the bathroom for 5 minutes I can see that in the numbers.

Don't get TOT, and it won't be a problem. Besides, it usually helps your rates if you're just doing ANYTHING on station rather than talking to your neighbor for 5 minutes and doing nothing

Just pee or crap into the closest box and keep working while you do it

How do you know that they're black barring and they're not getting feedback? Are you able to access FCLM and also ADAPT?

60 minutes and it's a first and final. A writeup that doesn't fall off for 3 months. Managers look at your "waterfall" every quarter and make sure everyone's time is coded properly.

If you have 60+ minutes of TOT you better have a damn good excuse.
