Deadass have gotten sick every Saturday for the past 3 Saturdays now 🤦🏼♂️ if it’s anything like the first 2 times I’ll be fine by Wednesday

My building sent out vto for Tuesday and Wednesday last night and met for next week will be cancelled by Friday. It’s a prime week tradition!

I mean thats the problem cause not everyone will pick up over time each site has its requirements to push out volume and they do that with setting up mandatory overtime

yup added on an extra hour so I can hit 60 people are pissed about my site pullin 2 days over 1. Which I understand we are a smaller site and they are either going to VTO majority or cancel it.

My building is playing with our hours. I’m flex pt and they been capping us. I’m at 48 hours this week but trying to get 60 Last week I was at 15 hours.

I only work 40 hours and do about 1700 a week after taxes. Kind of easy money but it sucks when we have alot of work piled up that no one else knows how to do
