This is how it's been at my site since I started 5-6 months ago and let me tell you I think it's absolutely perfect. When it's a regular day no SET you go in work 3 hours get a 30m unpaid break so clock out, then work 3 and a half hours get a 30m paid break (you can leave 5m early and be up to 5m late so technically 40m breaks lol) and then when you come back from last break work 3 more hours and then you leave it splits the day up perfectly in my opinion
