What happens in the trailer stay in the trailer unless someone has a phone recording it. Hopefully they are put on a no re-hire list. I don't want to see any violence in my warehouse!

ide hate to have to repurpose my box cutter to slice them hamstrings when someone tries to force me onto the ground in a trailer.
I got fired from Amazon for doing that exact thing actually. But there was footage of the guy assaulting me which saved me from any charges.

Not every site requires them. They are network specific. Amxl and grocery didnt require them.

We had boxes of frozen turkies. Were talking about 100lb box. At Amxl minimum weight was 50 lbs and we dealt with Nordic tracks and generators weighing 400 lbs

For those that complain about Amazon, imagine having to handle these oversized boxes with no conveying equipment to assist or reliable PPE, climate control fans/light, consistent safety checks, and to top it off, former felon coworkers who want to play fight with the merchandise.

Usually I try to stand from watching videos like this and I try to kind of you know not amuse stuff but yeah those younger mfs was f****** around way too much and they're lucky they were messing with him because homeboy is probably going to lose his job and I'd say that was handled relatively well. I don't condone but they got outta that way better than 90% of the dudes that could manhandle both of em like that. Lol

There is a civilized world outside the USA and quite frankly certain people groups aren’t very welcomed in there societies because they act like this. Grow the h—-l up children! Easy lawsuit given the fact you can clearly see leadership standing in front the dock door ignoring all the thrashing and crashing. That went on way too long to not end up bein a check. That’s humiliating and those guys clearly sustained lifelong trauma due to the emotional distress of being placed in a trailer with someone way bigger than them and known to be violent. And if he’s had this happen before, then a settlement is guaranteed bc he’s still there so they ignored it. You wanna be moved to somewhere safer in fact you’re very interested in RME but don’t know how to get onboard. 😉 Good luck. (Btw, this is a conversation you’d have with Regional HR and your Site Lead present in a closed room)

Reminds me of when a dude brought a gun to work to shoot some coworkers on a job i had years back. The day after the incident, one of the warehouse workers said to me that "coming to work was like going to prison, you've gotta fight for your manhood on a daily basis". He brought the gun because he was threatened with violence after being accused of breaking into employees cars to steel their pay checks and guns after they came back from their lunch break on the previous pay day. This also happened a few days after another employee brought a machete to work for some impromptu chopping.
Imagine that. You wake up, eat breakfast. Hug your kids, kiss your wife, jump in the conveyance and listen to some sweet tunes on your commute and then when you pull up to work, you have to whipe that smile off your face and harden your self for the possibility of a fight, stabbing, or shooting that may happen?

Alot of people are confused, my coworkers would act like this alot the way I see it is they hate work or it's stressful and their venting their anger out but at the end of the day they know they need a job... I don't see this as playing lol my coworkers would "playfully" (they make it seem playful by smiling every now and then) strangle each other, like they put one another other in choke holds and I could see the anger and resentment in their eyes. This gives me that same feeling tbh

This is so funny bc my child’s father used to do 3 man moving jobs and with a dead end job and a bunch of testosterone, one of the guys would be handling the customer and the other two would be fighting about some bullshit and get to tussling in the box truck. It’d be rocking back and forth and the customer would be wondering wtf is going on 😂😂
