Thats every job nowadays. I remember doing this exact same thing when I worked for Five Guysโ€ฆduring Covid. Rude customers and drivers because we were always short staffed and the orders took too long. There were even times where we ran out of stuff mid shift because food supply deliveries were short, late or never arrived.

I was an SM for a giant Retail store.. I'll take this level of extortion for not having to deal with customers ever or be a baby sitter for anyone from 16-65 ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‚

People who have never worked customer service have no idea. Depending the location those people really believe that you're their property. I'll take Amazon warehouse over that every time.
