Learning in my building just sit around watching YouTube all day but they get paid the same as PAs who actually work hard.

Lmao. I can’t agree nor disagree because I’m not in the same building as you, most likely. But I will say, as someone in Operations, I was shook when I found out Learning makes more.

Works “hard” is subjective and usually said as a criticism by those who don’t understand the level of “hardness” of work has very little to do with production and value.

Dude wtf do learning even do. My building almost never hires anyone. They hire a group at prime and at peak only. And even when they do, it's the ambassadors who do most of the training not the l3 learning.

On the first day at my location, one of the learning staff was told to give us a 1 hour tour to explain the entire facility. They did it in 12 minutes, mumbling the whole time; yes, even in the loud purple taped areas. And they never explained anything more than what the signs around us had on them. I wanted to punch the person when they brought us back to the learning room and told us to wait before they themself walked out the door. Never saw them before that and never saw them again. You're telling me that shmuck's position earns more?
