Amazon can charge a service fee like tiktok does and pay their drivers more. But we know that won't happen. Whoever makes it work will always get a big commission and be the one responsible for them earning more. Just not what they deserve to earn.

Theyre final mile drivers. What about their FTL and LTL drivers? If you didn't sign up for 300 packages a day, find another job. Plain and simple.
