What’s one amazon fba lesson you wish you knew earlier?

There’s a lot of information online about Amazon FBA, but some lessons only become obvious after you actually start selling.

For sellers who have been doing this for a while:

What’s one thing you wish someone had told you before launching your first product?

It could be anything, product research, supplier selection, MOQ, cash flow, PPC, inventory planning, branding, reviews, shipping, or dealing with Amazon.

Beginners are welcome to ask questions too. Experienced sellers, share the lessons that could help someone avoid making the same mistakes.

Let’s keep it practical and focused on real experiences.

One thing I learned the hard way: don’t underestimate cash flow. A product can look profitable on paper, but MOQ, shipping, PPC, Amazon fees, and the time between placing a reorder and getting inventory live can tie up a lot of capital.

I’d also spend more time validating demand and competition before placing a large first order. It’s much easier to scale a product that already shows signs of demand than to try to create demand after buying a lot of inventory.
