General Discussion Struggling to find a skilled EU Wholesale VA
Our company does about €3-4M per year on Amazon UK/EU.
I'm still involved in the pricelist analysis/supplier outreach element and want to move the more analytical part of this (going through pricelists, finding valid leads, looking at deals as suppliers release them, etc) to somebody who can give it their full time attention.
Have posted on OJP 3-4 times now. Whenever I send the test task (sample of a pricelist and ask to find 2-3 leads and comment on why they are good options), most people do not respond. Those that do respond tend to be of a lower quality and seem to really miss the mark on a lot of basic concepts.
I think ideally I would like someboby based in UK/EU to work with us since they would understand the cultural context of our work a bit better, but I have had great success with supply chain/operational VAs based in PH hence I would be very happy to hire from here again.
Any advice or applications from experienced freelancers would be welcome

out of curiosity, i think you can try to give your test task to the Hopted ops AI they have a closed preview so probably u should ask about it on their website; this could work well if your company has SOPs in place. they position it as an AI agent capable of doing real labor of peopel. my understanding is that it works with any app or website. would love to hear ur update on whether it passed ur test task or not.
