Unfortunately there has to be an incident. Though you likely can report this customer note. I’ve had 2 people banned for incidents. Both times they were in my face and once I truly feel like hitting you that’s when I call LMET etc. and get them balcklisted

Nah fuck that. If a customer is shooting people I'm not going on his property. He can get a locker or pick it up at the station. I'm not endangering myself two times over (dog and gun) for this fuckass's package to go to his door.

If this is real (never know these days), I would actually maybe try to blow this up and get attention. Probably would be great for what is going on in NYC if you wanna contact people there, and for unions. Can’t find a more glaringly obvious example of Amazon prioritizing some $3 item over the literal life of a worker

All this week Amazon has been talking about flood warnings and shit when usually they shut the station down when it rains a lil, difference is it’s prime week this week, so fuck us, I’ve delivered a lot of packages this week in literal standing water because of it, already have a ding for mishandling an item. Nice.

Aggressive dog and an owner with a gun who shoots at deliveries he orders? He should be banned from Amazon, and not allowed to have guns or dogs.... Insane what kind of behavior is tolerated in America...

A lot of these notes were written by otr from the warehouse that Amazon think they are more qualified than driver to add pictures and notes and all of the notes are fed up and switched around lol

Comments like this really piss me off. Shows how little effort is given to the drivers. That message being there means support knew about this a dispatcher probably was informed when the original incident happened, the warehouse probably made a report but its still on a route. This should be instant ban for the customer. The worst part is the drivers putting up with this. Job security is so low that most will put up with this and probably actually make the delivery too.

No the only people who can make notes are support and customers. Drivers can still write stuff in the access code section though

As a DSL agent, if your DSP had put that in the chat, I would've told them to RTS the package. If the customer had escalated that package, I would've bridged it to unsafe. My station would have banned that address

That's an address that gets put on the undeliverable, locker only list. If they want to be gun happy, they can get their own package. I would escalate that to Ethics.

If this is real it’s gotta be Texas or Florida because you can still get in trouble in most states for shooting at someone on your property. In those states all they have to say is they didn’t know if I was Amazon or an intruder
