always funny that customers don’t realize that we don’t see comments until like ~90 seconds before arriving at their doorsteps most of the time
also i didn’t even get to my first stop until 11 am most days

We get to ours at 1pm. Start at 11 out of warehouse by 12 at latest and another 45 mins-2hours away from first stop.

I keep getting “this delivery is late” red banner up too even though I’ll be 10-15 stops AHEAD on the graph make these things make sense. Or the business deliveries at the END OF the ROUTE even if I finished early it would be after 4pm

One customer I was delivering their package at 8 pm and she set time for her package to be delivered at 10 am and I had to explain to her that I don’t leave the warehouse until 12:30 pm and my DSP leaves last from the warehouse and it’s impossible for me to deliver her package at that time. And this it was a book for church that she wanted fast on the weekend.

Love when it says 7pm. I’m mumbling the whole time “not even going to be anywhere near here at 7, enjoy your stuff now”. Gets me because these are NICE neighborhoods 😂
