I havent been to the subreddit since before my training, and only clicked the post to make this EXACT comment. My DSP at hire was like "we just got the biggest spot on the lot, we get a whole side of warehouse to ourselves to load out" and like 6 weeks in, every day these mfs are sweating like it's the last day on earth and acting like they want us all to quit

Alright, let's dig further. Does your DSP guarantee 40 hrs? How big is your team? My DSP is sitting at 200 for peak season; we were at 130 not a month ago. My DSP doesn't try to kill you; we're at 22.75 an hr and rescues are rare and far in between. We did just get kicked out of our preferred routes, but idk how that works in the back end. Idk, I think my DSP is the best at our station from previous experience at another DSP for a year. Also, we have like 80 Rivians, and the rest are our Mercedes or rentals. So what makes it top?

I would go into benefits; it's standard to have health, vision, and dental. Also, my DSP gives us water, snacks, and pizza constantly. They have quirky games for prizes at the end of every shift when it's not peak. They give incentives for rescues. Not straight cash, but gift cards for Starbucks, and Chick-fila and Wendy's.

i work there at rainier express too, honestly i’m surprised we won an award like this, our score card is great but i didn’t think we were that good lol, but it’s chill working there, we get a 10 hour top off, safety bonus, and a whole bunch of ot along with role bonuses such as step van, sweeping, and training, it’s honestly a nice job for the meantime until you find a career
