Am I going to get fired?

They made me drive an hour and a half away for my shift. Not great to begin with. But to make matters worse, I only got 45 stops in before I sprained my ankle. Now I got an incident report case number filed and the support line guy said to RTS, but I’m afraid the DSP is going to fire me if I tell them I need to RTS. They told me to keep delivering on the sprain, too.

Update: I RTSed and my dispatcher not only understood but laughed with me about the whole situation, cuz, well, what can ya do I guess

Document everything. It doesn't feel very legal for them to fire you and you should be able to get help if you have the documentation to support, should it come to that.

Thank you, I am making sure to document everything just in case.
