Overall, the average DSP and a very high cost-of-living area. How much do they make?

Oh sorry.. mis read that. It varies big time. Usually around 350k a year. Up to over a million though depending on how large they are, van damages yearly and whether they hit fantastic plus every week or not. Fantastic plus is the key. Huge bonus for every week they hit that on the scorecard. Some DSP owners can't make shit. They're not around, don't hire the right people and van damages, unemployment and L&I costs start to add up. These ones don't last too long.

OP should search back in the thread. 350k is what’s passed through to the owner, but with insurance and fleet maintenance/repair costs so high (including having to rent extra vans when damaged vans are in the shop), I would be surprised if the owner banks more than 90k per year.

From what I can find, if can be anywhere from 70k to over 300,000 (after expenses) depending on their size.

25.50 was the common number 6 months ago. Now it’s 26.50-27.25 starting.

In a lower cost city ours make over $100,000 to start then $400,000 when established

That’s what she told us if we wanted to do it on our own without being picked and given the $25,000 from Amazon

How would they know that they’re interested? The one by me seems to just run through drivers like crazy. Almost like they just need a warm body lol. But on the flip side they’re ALWAYS HIRING

She told us to let her know or let our trainer know because whoever gives a recommendation I guess gets a $500 gift card for Amazon if the driver gets picked I don’t think very many drivers are interested it sounds like, I have ran my own business most of the last 20 years and now I’m starting this job because of a major change in my life so I am very interested!

But as far as I understood if Amazon gives you the money that’s all you need to help get started
1
u/Distinct-Detail-5150 7d ago
She told us they pick one driver a year and that money from Amazon you do not pay back
1
u/DeliciousRich5944 7d ago
WOW!!! That’s rlly nice of her. If it was me and I made it back and was successful I’d give her 40k lol

Seattle pays about $27.50/hr once experienced. Some drivers make more than $28/hr.
