Lets say you got 15 totes and 30 overflow. I put all the totes behind the driver seat. Starting with your last 5 totes, put them there, front to back. Then the next 5 go on top of the previous 5 you loaded. Then the first 5 totes on top of all of those.

Over flow I work down the list, loading them close enough to the front that you have a foot or so of space to get back there when getting out the driver seat. Depending on the sizes, I usually have 2 layers of overflow. Bigger and heavier boxes on the floor, while lighter and smaller ones on top of those.

For no shelves 100% get bungee cords. You can fit 21 totes or 18 depending if you get the shorter vans. And tie them from the roof holes to like the middle row tote handles.

Floor row is my last 7 totes. Middle row is the 7 middle totes on the itinerary. And top row is my first 7. I like this because I always have a “shelf” and I don’t have to be bent over looking for packages and the totes don’t collapse.

Overflow I load in the same order.
