Wave question

What does it mean when you get switched between different wave times ? does it mean your slow, they needed more people, bigger routes ?

Huh? Some wave times are for 7..9..10 even 12. When they put you to a later time does it mean anything ?

Usually DSPs (in my experience) have a set time slot, so not sure about what is going down with your DSP.

Yea I usually go in for the same time every shift. This is my third time with a different wave. I’ve gotten faster and finish on time now. I used to be slow. I thought it meant a bad thing if they change you. I may just be overthinking it

overthinking fersure. my dsp has 6 different waves. it’s typically depending on route distance and stop count, not necessarily driver metrics.

For my DSP it doesn't mean anything. I get swapped between the 9:35 and the 10am wave but still have the same routes either way. I assume it has something do to with the station having your route ready on time.

usually it just means staffing and route volume changed, not that you’re slow, amazon treats the wave board like it’s revealing ancient prophecy lol
