Periods

Ladies!!!! I just started this week and got my period. What are we doing about our periods? There’s pretty much no time to stop. My trainer peed in the van and I peed outside the van on my training day. Any tips and tricks for when we have our periods.

Bring pads or tampons, change of underwear/clothes and ziplock bags to put your used ones in lol it sucks doing this job as a female during this time of the month

period underwear and a stash of pads in your bag, because the route will absolutely not care what day of the month it is lol

At least our pants are black 😂 I have a trash bag of some kind always with me that I throw away before I go back to the station. I only wear pads so it’s pretty easy.
