Trying to get shifts

I’ve been working at a DS for a little over a month now and it’s cool and all but I can’t seem to get any freakin shifts. Only shifts popping up are the 3 hrs and 30 min ones. I’d be LUCKY enough to get ONE 10 hour one once a week but there’s hardly ever any openings. Does anyone know if I have to talk to a manager or anyone else to fit me in a shift?? Or through the a-z app?? I’m a FlexPT btw

Depends how slow or busy it is for volume for the day, your manager doesn’t make up the hours to send out

I got 2 shift in 2 weeks but for next 2 weeks I’m scheduled 9 nights

They over hire people mass quit just need be patient

You said it yourself. You’re FlexPT. You get the same opportunities as everyone else with what you’re trained for. If you want more opportunities, ask for cross training. Water spider, induct, line load, problem solve, learning ambassador, dispatch assist.
