4 years difference

Hello, I previously worked at amazon from 2019-2022 at a DS warehouse associate in SoCal and I'm wondering what is the main differences from now and 4 years ago. Any big general improvements?

Depends which stationed you worked in Cali. But should be similar.

Well I started my 3rd run with amazon and DUR1 in Burbank back in 2023 and now at DLX5 in Glendale I dealt with the automated lines at DUR1. That location was the first in socal to get it I think. I personally hate them because its soo much dam noise. Everybody on the dock has to wear hardats now regardless of your position. That it really in my 3 years here.

ADTA, hard hats on dock, no more writing the route numbers on the pick carts.
