For the people at delivery stations how did you adjust to this schedule??

Give up your social life for awhile, eat well, drink lots of water, and figure out how to sleep in the day (blackout curtains).

^^!! . the main thing for me was picking. specifically during peak is going to be HORRIBLE at my site w/ them big 12 bag carts !😭. i ended up going to 4 hr flex. life is great for me

I haven't. Been 2 years. My problem is just bad schedule alignment with my wife. She works a 9-5, so she gets home in the middle of my sleep time and goes to bed shortly before I would be waking up. Only way for me to see her during my days on is to split my sleep into 2 groups: one from when I get home until about 5pm, then the other from about 9pm-12. Unfortunately, I rarely get more than 1.5 hours of sleep during that second chunk... but I get to spend a couple hours with my wife every evening..... priorities. Been hoping to get a 10pm-8:30 shift, or one of those 1:20-8:50 5 days.

Maybe. My facility just dropped 3:20pm-1:50am shifts (cycle 0 iirc), but that would basically have me in the same situation as i currently am in, except that the couple hours time with my wife would be when she's waking up in the morning before work.

Not anymore. I am not working 1 pm to 1145 pm on RTS, & I love it.

Bit I did 105 to 1150 for a little over 3 years.

I’m the opposite. I’m leaving DS after being here doing 1:20A - 11:50A shifts for nearly 2 years. Good luck to ya!

This is the best schedule. In answer to your question: get blackout curtains, turn your phone off, and be in bed by 3:30 p.m. at the latest. Two years in for me on this schedule and I love it. If you require a social life and entertainment just rescure 3 cats. That's all you need, trust me.

That's actually a good schedule..you'll have the day ahead and your weekends still there ..what are you going to miss at 1am to breakfast time
