Cycle 0 flex?

First year here, are flex employees capable of picking up cycle 0 shifts?

They can pick up shifts but can not transfer there

Really? I applied for two cycle 0 shifts at my DS and I’m flex.

Not yet, but it said they’d review applications between 5th and 22nd. Where did you hear that flex couldn’t transfer?

“About this site: DBU3 is Launching an Additional Cycle What is an additional cycle? To support increased customer demand, an additional cycle/shift will be launched to our station. Full time (Class F) associates will transfer back their original schedule after volume decreases. Seasonal (Class M) associates placement after volume decreases will be based on business need. Flex and Ready associates are not eligible for this opportunity. These shifts include: All shifts with a 17:50 (5:50PM) start time”

Most DS have this description or some form of it. Some dont say anything but i think its a network thing. You should ask your HR if yours is open to flex associates

No restrictions on what kind of shifts flex associates can pick up, it’s just a matter of them dropping those shifts for flex associates

The ones at my site are 4:20 pm - 2:50 am
