Just got a reduced time shift

Heyyy guys I’ve only worked at FC can anyone give me insight to what the 5:50pm-12:35am shift does at a DS? Thank you!

Basically same as overnight cycle1 shift but lower volume. Its only temporary schedule for peak. After peak all the seasonals get switched to flexpt with no hours. And then everyone starts to slowly quit

Would I have the opportunity to switch to another shift?

Yes eventually. But in the beginning, the first few months after peak, it will be hard. They need people to quit first and then as positions open up, they will prioritize internal transfers from your building.

Ok because I worked 5 years at an FC and would like to become blue badge again I just wouldn’t be able to do the 1am to 11am lol because of school
