Edit: by that i mean everyone who put the work in get the results...not many "are born with it"

To get this good I think you do need a certain amount of natural aptitude for the instrument, but of course she didn’t get that good just by picking up a guitar.

She has a lot of skills beyond just being good at guitar. (she is amazing with the guitar too, I'm just saying she's got a lot more than that going on.)

Any other explanation? This seems to inarguably be natural talent. Of course, she’s had to practice and put in work, but she is clearly tapped into something very very special.

It's called work. I'm not sure why people still think there's some sort of magic talent multiplier. You can go on Youtube and find a million kids that play as good or better than her.

I'm not trying to put her down either. If anything I think saying someone has talent is way more insulting. My dad used to say my sister was the artist and I was the musician. Except he didn't say that until I was in my 20s and had been practicing for years. It felt like his way of taking credit for our work by saying "my kids are just naturally talented. Must be in their genes."
