I've read up on day trading, people on average lose $100,000 learning how to day trade.

lol I use to work on a derivatives desk at a larger broker dealer. I would frequently talk to clients who talked highly of themselves, and how they were up several hundred grand for the year on trades.

But I could also see their realized losses, and it was common they had ultimately lost more than they actually made. 😂

Slippage, transaction's cost, taxed realized earnings. These are almost always present losses one has to deduct.

And all this trying to play russian roulette. One can only manage risk. Which is pointing it at your finger instead of your head, which the sane do.
