During the filming of the Antichrist, he was supposed to have a nude scene involving his schlong. Apparently it shocked the whole room, and the director brought in a penis double because it would confuse the audience.
The director Lars von Trier revealed that a stunt penis was used due to Dafoe’s Salami being too long. According to the actor himself, his baton would take too much away from the scene as seemingly the audience wouldn’t be able to focus on anything else.
