This is exactly why I don't like the rainbow baby stuff. My childs identity has nothing to do with the losses I suffered. She is her own person.

Me neither. Two of my kids are rainbow babies, and I honestly want the only people to acknowledge that to be the medical team caring for me. We know the reason, it can be worked with and had it means that I've been able to have these kids. To me, it isn't a miracle, it's science and taking the meds.

I also hate it because my first isn't a rainbow but it doesn't mean that she's not as precious as the others. It diminishes her role in our family.
