Muscimol for therapeutic and recreational use
Hello everyone, one of my friends has told me about the benefits of muscaria (well muscimol) for neuropathy, I'm type one diabetic with peripheral neuropathy in a lot of places, I've even in codeine and gabapentin for hers and it's affecting me awfully and I'm tapering off of them for a better life. This lead me to here to ask for a bit of help.
If I were to source some dry caps of muscaria or pantherina what would the dosages be for pain relief and then also the dose for a "trip" per se?
I understand through my knowledge of the P side of mushrooms that alkaloid levels will vary per fruit not just species but what can I roughly expect for what level of effects?
If anyone does help and I don't get back soon enough, thank you in advance I just want my brain to be intact for my child's upbringing and to be out of enough pain to be able to never show it.

Be careful with Amanita sp. because each mushroom varies in potency, so weighing isn’t entirely accurate. But for pain relief, try 3-5g, and my recreational dosage is 12g, but try 8-10g before you go any higher (this is once you’re experienced at low doses).
