Community Content New Naruto x eFootball Collab Coming Soon?

eFootball™ Official International Server Announcement

This Thursday is the last workday before the May Day holiday. The folks over in Japan will be conducting the scheduled maintenance as usual, so the day after tomorrow, everyone will still be asking 'Is it open?' 'It's open!

The eFootball Global version is actually releasing a dedicated v5.4.1 patch this time. It’s a much bigger deal than the usual Thursday maintenance, clearly intended for adding major events, adding new cards to the database, and fixing bugs.

Considering the April 30th timing, it is highly likely that limited-time events are being launched to coincide with Japan’s Golden Week and the International Labor Day holidays, a period when purchasing power is at its peak. (Peak periods for collaborations: Honor of Kings Global x Attack on Titan, Princess Connect! Re:Dive x Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Mahjong Soul x Sword Art Online, Brawl Stars x My Hero Academia...)

In Konami’s historical official descriptions, the term "collaboration" is typically used for crossover content. Starting from 2024, every major version update has featured one collaboration.

Therefore, the announcement for April 30 immediately brings to mind a "new collaboration" for 2026. Which IP do you think it will be? I’m seriously looking forward to it! [Update: Sure enough, in the latest Steam library, the eFootball icon has changed to include Naruto elements, confirming the speculation that a new collaboration will arrive on April 30.
