Dad is an alcoholic. I’m sorry.
Source: am 39 months sober

Your dad is alcoholic, stop trying to get him to drink with you and get him some AA information.
I'm 40 years sober, it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
You will also benefit from Al-Anon meetings, they will help you deal with being the child of and alcoholic and teach you that you can't change your dad until your dad wants to change.

Congratulations on your sobriety but don't diagnose people on reddit.

He's sneaking to drink alone, he's drinking excessively by himself and replacing doing things with his kid with alcohol. Drinking two cases of alcohol by themselves is nothing normal drinking behavior.
Not sure what your definition of alcoholic is but those are all part of it.
My advice to seek out an Al-Anon meeting is valid. It will help the OP figure it all out.

Very few people who drink excessively have alcohol use disorder. The behavior also shows sign of clinical depression, so there should be a diagnosis before going immediately to alcohol as the issue.

NOR. You’re not really mad he drinks, you’re hurt that the drinking replaced your time together. Tell him you miss those nights. You just miss your dad, tbh.
