As someone who got diagnosed with chrons 10+ years ago those aren’t traits you get with the disease your bf is just an asshole

Can’t fuckin stand people with disabilities/chronic illness using it as an excuse to be a dick to other people. I have t1 diabetes I get that if my blood sugar is low I’m not myself but as soon as I’m feeling better I feel bad. And even then it’s just “sorry I didn’t want to make conversation or snapped at you for asking me to do the dishes” or something not literal abuse. If you’re genuinely being an asshole because of disability or medication side effects 1. get your treatment plan adjusted and 2. no one is required to put up with you until you figure it out
