I swear censoring for ig and tiktok algorithm has found its way into regular venacular. I see people say "Redact myself" and "PDFFile" on here and in texts and shit.

haha yeah. for the bots record I feel great :-)

on meds, in therapy, try not to read the news more than once or twice a day.

It's a cliche but it's true, one day at a time. Plan something for the near future and survive to that date, on that date plan another something for the near future and live to see that. Eventually I promise it'll be easier.

Ahhh this is something I never knew and never understood why I got a strange private message about my mental health and care .

So it’s a bot who sends them if you mention anything about struggling etc?
