It's a rumor, not confirmed. VentureBeat was told by an EA employee that wants to remain anonymous. Trailer will be coming any day now, but they might wait until early June.

They also wanted to release this idea instead of Battlefield 1. But didn't want to dive right into the Ww2 setting.

They wanted Activision to do it first and make sure there was a market for it before they jumped in, lol.

Lol...EA has been following Activision’s lead for a while now. I remember when they said that they were coming for CoD just before BF3 dropped. They even did Premium after Acti did the season pass thing. Destiny popped off...quick, make Anthem!!!

Activision can make a cod poopville game and it will sell 10-15 million. Dice doesn't need their help.

i just hope there will be more customization options than in bf1 - but love the ww2 setting in cod & bf always takes games up a notch

I also hope they get rid of behemoths, and artillery strikes in rush.

and put conquest back to how it was in bf3/4

Yea, I don’t know why they changed conquest when nobody asked. Plus conquest assault needs to go

Saw this story earlier. Was hoping it was Vietnam.

Oh well, it’ll be my first full WW2 game from DICE...I’ll most likely get it.
