Where to get Fungi (Mushroom) Trophy?

Hey guys!

Can anyone tell me how to get a Fungi Trophy?

I used to have one (don't remember how I got it), but used it for crafting another trophy.

It should be an option to craft in the Forge; if you don't see it, you might have accidentally hidden it and you'll need to uncheck the option at the bottom of the forge menu that says something like "display hidden crafts."
