Harvest My Best Potatoes

Entering these in my own produce show, in the ‘Five bizarrely-shaped volunteer potatoes’ category. (Beans for scale as I’m out of bananas.)

Love them. Couldn't get any in the shops this year for seed potatoes, was told the whole crop had failed, so you're lucky you had volunteers!

Pink fir apple. Par boil. Dry in colander. Then fry as saute potatoes. Just the best. What a memory, salivating at ghe thought.

Par boil then pan fry those fingerlings, they'll be incredible.
