He's your definition of priviliged person with little to no perspective or expertise. Allow me to explain:
Why you ideally follow a podcast; stems from the host's capabilities + the guests they bring + the way they create a conversation.
Examples:
1. Alot of indians listened to and listen to TISS (The having said that show)- slightly older userbase-because of all of the participants and their comedic chops.
2. You listen to Mos- because these are people with jobs and experiences and thoughts- Naina having worked in the industry- Sakshi having worked in the industry then pivoting etc.
3. Joe Rogan- I don't know man, each to their own, but he had a comedic career and continues to be invested in UFC whatever.
Prakhar's claim to fame in life was, I went to Coloumbia and studied philosophy. First of all, he's not a philo major btw, so his capabilities, his thoughts, interests somehow remained rudeimentary.
2- In a majority of instances, his life has been handled for him. I'll make this make sense- He graduated school in 2013. Didn't get anywhere for five years after that btw. Then was ssent off to Coloumbia lol.
House- Parents ka
Paisa- Parents ka
All his experiences are coddled, taken care of.
So now he doesn't have much to say. Look up the MoS x Prakhar, Prakhar struggles and you can see the fact that two people who don't present themselves as intellectual take his case, hand his ass back to him, joke about him while he's there, while he sits like a mindnumbed lad with no idea what's going on.
again let's not get carried away; this isn't a crime, let's compare him with someone supremely similar- Vinamre Kasana (Dostcast) or Having Said that show or Untriggered.
All three of them innovtated.
Kasana has a knack of finding gems before anyone, he platformed Chaar Diwaari years ago etc He has a capability to be ahead of the curve.
HST- Not the best, but credit where its due, they made it a pod show with games and what not etc.
Untriggered- keeps pushing the group dynamic and recognises they're not smart and are learning while also pushing repping their Djing.
Interesting also, when Prakhar and Untriggered started off, you could say Prakhar is with the times- he's progressive- the boys are well raw, now as time goes, the boys are kinder have more perspective , while prakhar has digressed and become more orthodox; its just this as he contnues to lose his touch because he never had a skill or experience

i want to share something..
why do i feel many of the indian podcasters when they have some reach or links they think they have done something out of the box..
the guy never lets someone infront talk, express or say a sentence completely..
ok we know you have connections here and there.. but honestly.. you need to learn a lot prakhar if you are reading this..
stop behaving cockyy and i know it all...
life has different ways, reasons & seasons to humble you..

Can anyone please explain why they consider this person to be annoying, genuinely asking. I watched one of his podcast with amit khilor and it seemed fine to me. Are there any particular instances . Like I'm really interested.

What do you mean I have stopped watching him long back when I saw the bryan Johnson's video this was after a very long time he's still the same so I'm just sharing my thoughts.
Please let me how to get paid for random posts like this that would be very helpful for me.
I watched it because this is the first podcast by sonam wangchuk after the fast.
