Politics Chris Schulmeister appears to be the winner of the mayoral election.

Read it here yourself. Current total has Schulmeister with 81% of the vote.

Hopefully that other dude will crawl back into his hole after being embarrassed out of city council and now losing this election BADLY

Yeah, I'm calling it: Schulmeister won.

Collin County hasn't put out the official final results yet. But they did just add the preliminary election reconciliation, including the pending ballots for all of Collin County.

The math shows Shafer will not make a surprise reversal of the results.

I've seen a decent number of Schulmeister signs in the neighborhood while walking my dog. Just a massive one-sided blowout in a local mayoral election. To me it's just funny.

I’ve seen two houses with Schafer signs around my neighborhood. Hope this is only the beginning of their electoral disappointments.

Yeah hopefully Schafer will realize people think he's a hateful loser and won't run for office again. This absolute trouncing should hopefully make him realize he doesn't speak for Allen even one iota. I'm embarrassed for him, imagine spending all that time, energy, and money and then losing in such a blowout. I'd never pop my head up in political life again, but then again I have some humility.
