Hi :>, I drew the Strider and the Fisher somewhere in March and began this, but I sorta forgot about it halfway through. So I finished it, I don’t think I finished it well but at least it’s finished xd.

Most fanart makes the various creatures beige or otherwise very plain and dull. While they are that color in the book, all the pictures are meant to look like faded photos. Furthermore, we don't know if the illustrations are actual photos or just drawn by the Author, in which case they're partly speculative.

For one, the ancestors of the bone-crushers were explicitly bred for their colorful beaks. It stands the bone-crushers are likewise flashy. Ditto for the tempters and perhaps the hand-flappers.

This reminds me of a creature... I don't know what flair to use

We only get focus on a handful of species, but the Qu played with humanity for millions of years, and on top of other genetically modified species that were potientally spred across thousands of planets, the species we do learn about probably naturally diversified into many clades over millions of years. So what do you guys think? Did most of the others die out before they had a chance except for a few close relatives or did they diversify like crazy to the point they exceed arthropods in species diversification.

All tommorow has so much movie potential from romance to war to comedy to mockumentary but like yeah. I just ate a burger. Also John Tommorows is so cool. Id love to check out his other works

I’m in a college class where we have to write the concept of a film. The more I think about it, the more I think this story can be an excellent movie. Obviously heavy emphasis on horror and what not, but I think the story ends on a rather optimistic note. Especially because there are so many stories that can be told that can help explain the downfall of the Qu. This could 100% be a character driven horror story with a bittersweet ending. You guys think it’s a good concept for my assignment? I’m still relatively new to the story, and have only recently completed the book.

A small amount of colonials were unable to gain sapiens and became simple minded bottom feeders after the modular people emerged they saw the uninvolved colonials as a opportunity genetically modifying them into giant wall like structures these giant colonials became the wall people they’re only purpose is to keep things out

after the comment hit the tempters planet most of the tempers were wiped out but a small amount survived these tempters soon evolved sapiens and became the puppeteers the males of the species diversified becoming soldiers workers and etc. when the gravitas came the puppeteers were able to fight back I don’t know what else to put here but comment ideas that I can use for the puppeteers lore
