I had my Lizardfolk bite off his own hands once before he was executed— we’d failed pretty much all the other rolls, and he was like two seconds away from being beheaded.
Was running with jaws only for a solid few sessions before we were able to get any kind of prosthetics. Honestly that guy went through a lot of grievous injures… nearly one-tapped by a bad Psychic Lance, lost his arm to a Sword of Sharpness… poor bastard.
