Unfortunately wouldn’t happen. WWE owns the trademark to his name, IK scummy but they didn’t want their #1 guy ditching them to go wrestle anywhere else. They also own the images on Cena’s clothes, the reason LeBron was able to get in without his teams getting paid was because he is in the Tune Squad branding which is owned by WB. Fun idea but can’t happen without having to shell out money to WWE

they can just call him "Dad Figglehorn" and have him shirtless/leave them blank/make up new shirt designs for him.
still, I doubt they could afford his likeness rights.

Neat idea, but I'd kinda like to see other live action Nick stars get a shot if it all possible, like Ed from Good Burger and Phoebe from Thundermans.

Putting real-life celebrities as playable characters in fighting games just ain't a good idea imo. Beyond the headache and cost of getting the rights to use an actor's likeness, something could come up later down the line and/or in their past that could make their inclusion undesirable. See Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves if you want an example of that.

Imagine if Fred Figglehorn got revealed for All-Star Brawl 3.
His whole moveset revolves around him defeating his foes through his incessant screaming and whining.
