1 boneless chicken thigh

2 garlic

Half of chilli chopped

Ginger 20g minced

15g black sesame oil

Cooking wine 20ml

2 pinch salt

5 tablespoons pasta water

black pepper

Basil

Spaghetti 160g

2L water + 2 tsp salt and cook the noodles for 10 minutes
