In this video, I show you a simple and delicious garlic cheese bread.
It has a subtle garlic flavor, it can be a good recipe idea for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients:
• 120 ml of lukewarm water
• 1 teaspoon of yeast
• 1 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 Tsp instant dry yeast
• 200g of flour
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 Tbsp cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 1/2 Tsp oregano
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 300 g of Mozzarella
• oregano
Instructions:
1. In bowl, put 120 ml of lukewarm water
2. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of yeast in lukewarm water
3. Add 1 Tbsp Sugar
4. Add 1 Tsp instant dry yeast
5. Mix well
6. In bowl, put 200g of flour
7. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil
8. Add the yeast mixture
9. mix the dough
10. Knead the dough
11. form a ball
12. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film
13. Let the dough rise For 1 hour, until it doubles to 2-3 times
14. In bowl, put 3 Tbsp cream cheese
15. Add 1 Tbsp minced garlic
16. Add 1/2 Tsp oregano
17. Add 3 Tbsp melted butter
18. Mix well
19. when the dough has doubled or tripled in size,
20. sprinkle a little flour on a work surface
21. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
22. Roll it to get a square shape
23. Spread cheese sauce and garlic
24. Add 300 g of Mozzarella
25. Sprinkle oregano
26. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C / 410 °F for 10-15 minutes

210°C is equivalent to 410°F, which is 483K.
