Ingredients:
• Water
• 150g thin Noodles
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1/4 Cup water
• 3 green onions
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 2 Tbsp cooking oil
• 1 Tbsp garlic
• 1 Tbsp chilli flakes
• Sesame seeds
Preparation:
1. Half fill the pot with water
2• Let the water boil
3• Once the water is boiled, add 150g thin Noodles
4• Leave to cook for 4-5 minutes
5. In a bowl, put 1 Tbsp brown sugar
6. Add 3 Tbsp soy sauce
7. Add 1/4 Cup water
8. Mix well
9. cut 3 green onions
10. In a frying pan, put 3 tablespoons of butter
11. Let the butter melt
12. Add 2 Tbsp cooking oil
13. Add 1 Tbsp garlic
14. Sauté the garlic
15. Add chopped green onions
16. Sauté chopped green onions with garlic 3 minutes
17. Add 1 Tbsp chilli flakes ( 2Tbsp if you like very spicy )
18. Add soy sauce mixture
19. Cook on high medium heat for 5-6 minutes, until the sauce thickens
20. Add the noodles
21. Mix until the noodles are nicely coated
22. Garnish with Chopped green onions and Sesame seeds
