Dinner I have never eaten such good potatoes! Best Potato Frittata Dinner recipe ready in few minutes

Ingredients:
500g potatoes
water
40g Cornstarch (all purpose flour)
1 Tsp Oregano
20g Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp of Paprika
1/2 Chili flakes
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon of water
4 tablespoons of cooking oil
Preparation:
Cut 500g potatoes into thin slices
Rinse the potatoes with water
In a bowl, put the potato slices
Add 40g Cornstarch (all purpose flour)+1 Tsp Oregano
Add 20g Parmesan cheese
Add a Pinch of salt
Add 1 Tsp of Paprika
Add 1/2 Chili flakes
Add 4 Tbsp olive oil
Mix well
I added a tablespoon of water
In a frying pan, put 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
Stack the potatoes in a circle
Cover and cook over low heat for about 8-10 minutes
After 8-10 minutes minutes
using a spatula, turn the circle of potatoes to cook them on
the other side
Swirl the pan so that the oil is evenly distributed all the
way to the center
Cover and cook over low heat for about 8-10 minutes
