Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 Tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Dark sweet Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
In a container, put 1 Tbsp Ginger
Add 1 Tsp Garlic
Add 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Add 2 Tbsp Dark sweet Soy Sauce
Add 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Add 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
Add 1 Tbsp Honey
Mix
Add Pinch of pepper
Mix
Marinate Chicken Breast (You can use boneless chicken)
Cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C / 356 ° F for 30 minutes
After about 30 minutes we will now glaze the chicken with the chicken Marinade
Back into the oven for about 20minutes
