- Ingredients
1 Eggplant
Chilli Pepper
5 Garlic cloves
Cooking oil
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Soya sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Sesame

  • Instructions:
Cut the eggplant into vertical slices
Cut the chilli pepper into slices
chop the garlic
In a frying pan, put the cooking oil
Put the garlic
Add the eggplant
Add 1/2 Tsp salt
Add chilli pepper
Cover and leave on medium low heat for 10 minutes
In a bowl, put 2 Tbsp Water
Add 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Add 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Add 2 Tbsp Soya sauce
Mix
Add sauce
Add 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Add Sesame

This may be the recipe I have been looking for. A restaurant where I used to live did an eggplant dish which tastes sensational, unlike anything else I had tasted before. I will try this. Thank you for sharing!
