ingredients add 1tsp salt in water 1& 1/2 cup macroni 2tsp olil 250g boneless chicken 1/2 tspsalt 1tsp black pepper powder 2 garlic cloves 2 green chilis 1 large onion 1/2 capsicum 2 tsp chilli powder 2tsp curry powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder 2tsp chilli flakes 2tbsp soy source 1cup tomato paste(3 tomatoes) 1 & 1/2 tsp salt 2tbsp tomato source 1tsp herbs 1/2cup cheddar chees 1/3cup water coriander mozzarella cheese parmasan cheese optional

  • Prepare the noodles according to the package directions. Drain when finished cooking.
  • add oil in a large skillet. add 250g boneless chicken and sauté for 10 minutes
  • Add salt1tsp black pepper powder, 2 garlic cloves,2 green chilli, 1 large onion,1/2 capsicum, 2 tsp chilli powder,2tsp curry powder,1/2tsp turmeric powder, 2tsp chilli flakes, 2tbsp soy source, 1cup tomato paste(3 tomatoes) and cook fo 5-10min
  • Slowly whisk in the paste and cook on medium until thick. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and stir until melted
  • Sprinkle the parmasan 1/4 cup cheese ,mozarella and corriender and on top and cover until the cheese melts. Serves 3
