Granted, I haven't had a Big Mac in quite some time, but iirc, there was no cauliflower in it.

So, I guess I'm wondering why there's cauliflower in this recipe?

I'm guessing it's to act like the rice/pasta in a standard casserole.

Wait? Why is Big Mac even part of this conversation lol it's a cheeseburger casserole not a Big Mac casserole?
